Little Caesars Pizza

The manager here is UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I made an honest mistake by ordering at the wrong Raeford rd location and asked them to cancel my order. They agreed to cancel my order until he heard I would reorder at the correct location. Mind you I could hear the entire conversation between him and the woman on the phone. “No she can drive all the way here and come get it then”. Then called the other location and tried to get them to not make it. He correctly hates his job or was having a bad day

Didn't know they had a drive thru. Went inside to get a pepperoni pizza Had one ready for me. Out the door in five minutes with a hot pizza.

It's Always something going on at this Location which is probably the busiest location. But they never have a basic pepperoni or cheese ready like other locations. System is always down. They turn off the online ordering all the time and they definitely don't answer the phone. The only good thing is when they are taking orders the pizza is actually decent. The Employees are nice though and give good customer service.

They charged to much and then told me it was an online deal only which it isn’t. Look at before tax because in first photo tax was not added yet

The last two times I went through the drive through I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my pizzas after I got to the window. Service seems to be a little slower at this particular store. The last visit the pizza came out looking very funky, but tasted good.
